Launching a successful job search campaign

Developing the right attitude is essential to success in the job search. Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Airlines, has always maintained that the greatest secret for success in business is hiring for attitude. Employers all over the world choose can-do people with a positive self-image, people who are motivated to be the best they can be.

The main objective of this unit is to start the process of building a positive self-image in job seekers. If you encourage all participants to embrace the importance of building each other’s self-esteem and self-confidence, the group will enjoy the greatest likelihood of success. Create an atmosphere in which achievements are celebrated and where faults are corrected in a positive way.
